A NEW THING:

Isaiah 43 & Isaiah 60.

The book of Isaiah has to be my favorite in the Bible… Honestly, sometimes it’s so profound and prolific to me because God is SO real… He is such a PERSON with emotions, love, beauty, principles, grace, …just indescribably amazing. And when He expresses Himself! Wow!

One of the things that is overwhelmingly beautiful is when God talks about newness or renewal. “Behold i do a new thing…will you not perceive it?” “Arise and shine for your light has come & the glory of God is risen…” When God is about to do a new thing, he paints a vivid picture for your imagination to try grasping so He can bring it to fruition. Your only job is “forgetting the former things…pressing on toward the mark of the high calling…” and KNOWING without a shadow of doubt that “He who has begun the good work in you will be faithful to complete it” since He is the very “author & finisher of your faith.” You must leave the past behind because God will not want to “pour new wine into old wineskins.” There must be a leaving before a cleaving to newness.

So because you choose to “trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him, he will direct your paths.” “For it is not of Him that worketh or doeth but of God who shows mercy.” And not a single Word of what God has spoken concerning you “will go back to Him void.”

“Eyes have not seen, Ears have not heard, & no mind has comprehended what God has in store for His people.” In the words of Myles Munroe who i’ve been quoting a lot lately, πŸ™‚ “God does not start a thing until He has finished it.” See God, who transcends time, completes His work outside of time, & then when we give Him authorization to enter into our sphere, He comes in and unravels his finished work in our time domain. What we see unfolding is God’s completed work because truly “He is able to do exceedingly & abundantly above all we could ask or think.”

Whatever God has spoken to you about bro…Sis…believe it! “Without faith it is impossible to please Him; for he that comes to God must believe that He is & is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” Believe God & let go of the past which may be holding you back from your future. “God is not unjust.” Furthermore, He “has loved you with an everlasting love” and even if a mother could forget her suckling child, God has said He will never…He cannot because He has “engraved you on the palms of His hands.” “Now to Him who is able to keep you until the end…be all the honor and glory forevermore!” πŸ™‚

Hugs & Jesus loves you! πŸ™‚
